IPSM depended on spreadsheets and fragmented manual processes. Students, families, teachers, seasons, courses, schedules, payments, receipts, expenses and operational activity were managed without one reliable system of record.
One coherent operating model.
The product was designed as an operating platform rather than a collection of screens: a structured PostgreSQL data model, role-aware workflows, validated server operations and clear paths for recurring academic and administrative work.
